Dynamic Customer Experience Platform, Canada

At Flybits, my role was lead product designer, starting from research and ending with a finalized user interface. No corners were cut when it came to solving for monolithic marketing campaign cycles and non-transparent data aggregation. This is a new-age customer experience platform. We set out to create a platform for issuing digital personalized content to customers that would be easy and accessible to a wide array of teams in all types of businesses.

The primary product goal was to bring in templates for varieties of use cases that would personalize the user experience for our client's apps. We would end up becoming experts about an end user's needs in those particular fields, as we took on the task of curating and creating these personalized use case templates. The bulk of Flybits' clients were within the financial sector, so it involved all the categories any person would have available to them when walking into their bank branch, e.g. wealth management and home buying.

I worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Our front and back end developers for feasibility, product managers for viability and customers and our solutions/customer success teams for desirability. After iterations and user testing the finalized approach was a canvas that would paint out the user journey visually for business teams, allowing them to configure target audience, push notifications and content on the same canvas. They can schedule out when it would be deployed (even immediately if desired), and track engagement using Flybits analytics.

Push notification creation supported multiple languages across the globe. They could be broadcast on command or triggered by an event. You can select where the notification lead to upon interaction. Dynamic attributes like personalized names are supported and easily setup in line.

Content is fully customizable—use one of Flybits' starter templates or create your own from scratch. Match your app's existing layout and brand with ease. Full support for specific iOS and Android layouts.

I also explored future iterations of the system, where app behaviour could be automated based on a user's response. Not pictured, is smart targeting, Flybits' first in to AI and machine learning product.
